Responsibilities: Complete insurance verifications for traditionally insured patients as well as patients with Medicaid Verify patients eligibility and dental benefits through multiple resources by using the patients in office history, calling the insurance companies, looking up benefits on-line, and receiving benefits via fax Verify insurance to obtain patient benefits such as yearly maximums, deductibles, frequencies and dental history Complete traditional breakdown/Medicaid limit forms in their entirety for new or existing patients or by specific codes depending on the appointment type for operatory appointments
