ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS Ø Expertise to complete the duties and responsibilities of this position accurately and efficiently regardless of the pressures of the environment. Ø Sufficient technical knowledge and skills as defined by CLIA 88 – Testing personnel to support the needs of the organization. Ø Verbal and writing expertise to support the efficient and effective transfer of data/details. Ø In order to demonstrate competency in serving acute care, and critical care patients, the employee must demonstrate the skills/knowledge/resources of the laboratory services population specific learning module.
