Instructional Designer - Non Clinical ( Job Number: 26486-3799 ) Work Location : United States-Tennessee-Brentwood-PM Tristar Division Schedule : Full time Description Instructional Designer - Non Clinical The Instructional Designer role is based in Nashville, TN and supports the National Contact Center Management (NCCM) enterprise. The instructional designer is responsible for the development, and on-going optimization of training content for our Patient Care Schedulers and the Data team. Curriculum Designer- National Contact Center Create and design curriculum for non-clinical Patient Care Liaisons and the Data Team. Summary Of Required responsibilities: Works to create the content of training matrices for all non-clinical NCCM Agents. Is constantly interfacing with the trainers, Service Line Leaders, Operations Managers, and Contact Center Directors to understand the training needs and to understand the needs of Patient Care Liaisons and the Data Team.
