Job ID: 19750 Position details: Learn through a combination ofon-the-job training and classroom instruction towritesafetyprocedures on plant equipment, building maintenance, and HVACmaintenance to ensure equipment safety and lock out tag out proceduresare followed properly. The Apprentice Maintenance Engineer works underthe immediate supervision of a qualified manager. PositionRequirements: Attends regularly and on time to this position with a 5day week work schedule, eight hours a day or four day a week work schedule,10 hours a day. Shifts are for seven hours or more depending on plantlocation. Will be required to work scheduled and unscheduled overtimebased upon production needs. May be required to work unscheduled daysin unforeseen circumstances, as well as holidays and weekends. Workingfrom work orders, plans, specifications, sketches and verbal orders,assists with installing, transferring, moving, setting up, operatingand testing machines, tools, electrical controls and measuringdevices.
