Help Desk Support Lead with Security Clearance - (Washington, DC)
SUMMARY The MIL Corporation seeks a Help Desk Support Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Washington DC location. The Help Desk Support Analyst will provide excellent customer service and resolve technical issues. RESPONSIBILITIES â?¢ Solid technical experience combined with customer service experience and a problem-solving attitude. Provide Help Desk incident resolution support and ensure customer service is timely and accurate. Support other help desk representatives and technicians â?¢ Achieve specific customer service level agreements (SLAs) and trouble ticket resolution metrics against Service Level Requirements (SLRs) â?¢ Respond to queries and handling issues / exceptions / root cause â?¢ Work with intra and inter teams on processes that promote efficiency and communications excellence â?¢ Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement and conduct customer satisfaction surveys â?¢ Report daily
