POSITION SUMMARY POSITION TITLE: On-Site Employment Trainer STATUS: Non Exempt DIVISION: Employment SUPERVISOR: On-Site Employment/Production Manager REVISED DATE: June 2016 PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To provide direct support to participants in On-site/Production employment settings, facilitating and providing functional training in accordance with individual employment goals. REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED High-school diploma or equivalency Basic knowledge and understanding of issues that affect people with disabilities Good verbal and writing skills Proficiency using software packages including Windows Office Access to non-public transportation including required insurance coverage Capable of working a flexible schedule (i.e., split shifts, weekends, holidays) PREFERRED Related two- or four-year degree Background working with people with disabilities ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
