Purchasing Specialist Ensure that all health and safety qualifications are in compliance in accordance with Company policy and Federal /State Regulations. Negotiate and organize Customer Service Maintain records relating to level of inventory for the related materials and parts Ensure that all resources are utilized efficiently. Responsible for administrative duties required to ensure daily KPI performance is achieved. Coordinate with each production management officials Motivate associates through effective personnel management Order the parts properly by using the Customer Plan. Check the Customer plan as received from Sales Team weekly, and adjust the order if necessary. Check the Inventory level to make sure to keep safety stock at all the time by adjusting the order. Schedule and update the delivery date and time efficiently. Must coordinate with warehouse team to make the proper schedule. and must notify warehouse if there is any parts with new or Eng. changes.
