The Clinical Manager is driving the business on the day to day basis and is responsible for the overall administration of processes and staff. JOB OVERVIEW The position of the Personal Care Clinical Manager will have most important responsibility for managing and directing administrative and clinical staff and coordinating personal care aide care and services. The successful applicant must by a Registered Nurse with a professional license in Washington, DC, or able to obtain one, have at least 3 yrs of managerial background in the home health environment, and case management experience is highly desirable .
