Facility/Property Manager - (Northlake, IL)

SUMMARY This position is responsible for the management, development and Implementation of cost effective facility/property maintenance solutions for leasehold locations. JOB DETAILS Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement maintenance standards for HVAC, Contract Cleaning, elevator, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow removal and other services as needed. Improve response times and increase vendor efficiency. Create bid packages for various services. Analyze and recommend vendors based on bid package analysis. Strong current knowledge of property management procedures. Manage daily real estate related service requests. Manage basic construction and capital improvement projects. Development of standard operating procedures. Have a current understanding of basic regulatory qualifications, including, but not limited to ADA, OSHA and EPA. Create and maintain professional relationships with various service providers, brokers and owners.
