In this position, under supervision of the Vice President, Worksite Sales, conducts enrollments; assist Resourcing Edge Inc. (REI) and brokers in sales process to employers and develops effective enrollment strategies; and provides training on all products and processes to enrollers. KEY FUNCTIONS 75% Assists brokers in sales process to employers and provides training to employees, which includes: providing best in class enrollment services and support for REI and brokers; assisting REI and brokers sell the employer on the importance of proper communication and access to employees; and providing a trusted enrollment resource to our regional teams enabling them to spend more time on broker recruitment. 25% Conducts enrollments and build relationships with employers, which includes:
