Laboratory Technician - St. Rose, LA - (St Rose, LA)

The position is responsible for laboratory tests to determine chemical and physical characteristics or composition of solid, liquid, or gaseous materials for such purposes as quality control, process control, or product development by performing the following duties. • Preparation of samples once they are brought into the laboratory • Perform all required testing on several different types of coal • Accurately complete and maintain all laboratory reports • Perform general upkeep and housekeeping of the laboratory • Assist in all other laboratory assignments and projects
