Lead QA Specialist - (Bloomington, IL)

- Lead QA capable of managing a quality assurance function and perform hands on manual testing. Expertise to coordinate testing efforts for our client both on site and off shore. - Over 5yrs of background as a software quality assurance analyst - Combination manual and automated testing; Experienced on Black box, White box, Unit, Agile, Integration, Functional, Performance, Sanity, Regression, Acceptance and Usability testing. Familiar with Selenium automated testing scripts. - Proficient in developing Test Plans, defining and developing Test Cases, documenting Test Results - Effective communication expertise to work with leadership, internal team and business partners. Looking for a Lead QA / Testing Analyst to lead testing efforts for our client. Analyst will work with leadership to set up a test program, processes, test plan creation, execution and eventually build out a team. Analyst will work together with internal teams and build out a QA program.
