Quality Assurance Representative - (Mechanicsville, VA)

LOGISTICARE SOLUTIONS, LLC JOB SUMMARY POSITION TITLE: Quality Assurance Representative CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt REPORTS TO: Regional Manager, Healthcare Manager, or QA Supervisor SUMMARY: Works with customers, subcontractors and LogistiCare staff to ensure quality service. Establishes positive and effective working relationships with customers, providers and agencies to establish superior customer service and to reduce the number of official complaints by performing the following duties. JOB QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES: Records and investigates complaints. Initiates corrective actions. Responds to complaints in writing. Collects and monitors driver and provider compliance info. Sends out notices when updates are due. Confirms and coordinates standing order trips with healthcare facilities and providers. Performs other duties as assigned.
