Project Manager - Construction, Multifamily Webuild (webuildstaffing.com) is seeking a Project Manager / Construction Manager to oversee the development of Multi-family, Affordable Housing and Senior Living communities throughout the Sacramento and Northern California Region. The ideal individual would have seven years of construction managerial experience, with at least 4yrs dedicated to the construction / project management of multi-family, affordable housing and/or senior living facilities. Experienced in assessing potential community new construction and development qualifications, developing scopes of work, estimates, budgets, change orders, schedules, vendor relationships and project deliverables is required.
