Job DescriptionThe Jefferson, DC HotelIndependently owned and operated, The Jefferson in Washington D.C. is currently recruiting for a Guest Service Agent/ Reservation, an excellent employment opportunity for the truly exceptional applicant who possesses a natural flair for hospitality, a strong commitment to excellence, and an entrepreneurial bent.The position of Guest Service Agent/ Reservation is responsible for handling all incoming calls to the hotel, providing assistance to and answering questions for callers and ensuring callers are connected to the correct extension. Additionally the Guest Service Agent/ Reservation is responsible for making guest room reservations, spa reservations, taking room service orders, and booking restaurant reservations in an efficient, accurate and friendly manner.
