A corporate Healthcare company in Cool Springs is currently adding additional staff due to growth. This company manages hospitals across the US and is currently seeking individuals who have worked at similar companies so they can bring their background and education to this company. This posting will outline the specifics of the Patient Account Representative opening for their Managed Care department! We will be holding interviews this upcoming week. Responsibilities: Review accounts in the proprietary patient accounting system. Review all Managed Care RA's Follow up and account resolution for all cases Process appeal denials Request adjustments as qualified Working hours: M-F eight to 5 Skills: Requirements: A min of 2 yrs of hospital billing / hospital collections is required Demonstrated knowledge of collection follow up and processes Expertise to communicate effectively face-to-face, over the phone and via email Expertise to work effectively and effectively Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
