Level I Cyberspace Training Specialist - (Odenton, MD)

Position description Develops, organizes, and conducts training and educational programs for customer personnel. 1. Participates in the development, testing, maintenance, and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer training objectives. 2. Assists in the development and establishment of course content and objectives. 3. Conducts training sessions and assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training activities. 4. Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness. 5. Updates course documentation on a regular basis to ensure timeliness and relevance. 6. Maintains current understanding of relevant technologies as assigned. 7. Participates in special projects as required. Contract requires: * Assesses effectiveness of training to ensure training meets objectives and joint standards - Contributes content to the development of Readiness Reports
