Position description DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Program and project Management with various talent management initiatives to include competencies, talent assessments, succession management, performance management, development planning, workforce analytics, learning management and primarily recruitment and recruitment processes and programs. • Develop, implement and evaluate recruitment programs for all levels. Source talent at all levels of the organization; conduct phone screen, submit applicants, assist management in hiring process, etc. • Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Sunbelts recruitment efforts by applying a broad range of background on current external recruiting policies, practices and trends. • Full life-cycle recruitment; manage open requisition process and maintain open position reports; Identify, evaluate and ensure that recruitment costs are within budget; research and recommend alternative solutions for recruitment issues; job posting and internet recruitment management.
