Repair Team leader - (East Chicago, IN)

Overview: The basic function of this role within the work process is to provide continuous oversight of execution of high temperature equipment repair work, ensuring repairs are completed in accordance with company's maintenance procedures, Communication of any deviations to work schedules, ensuring any noted improvements to the execution process are clearly communicated and necessary closure and reliability data is promptly inputted into Maximo CMMS for each job. Typical Functions: You will monitor and direct high temperature equipment repair work activities, including silica welding to ensure work is performed in a safe and efficient manner and that high temperature equipment assets are maintained in a neat and orderly condition. You will ensure compliance with company plant and safety rules. You will coordinate with appropriate resources to maintain compliance with appropriate HES regulations (OSHA, EPA) and local qualifications.
