This position is located in Chester County, approx 35mis west of Philadelphia. POSITION TITLE: Life Skills Educator REPORTS TO: Day Services Program Manager STATUS: Nonexempt Job details The LE (Life Skills Educator) is responsible for applying life skills training to program participants who receive either community inclusion or home and community habilitation services. Essential Duties and Functions Assists program participant in the development of life skills Transport and accompany Members to and from appointments, activities, and/or visitations Administer/monitor Member medication as prescribed by the doctor and complete documentation Provide Members with support in areas such as, academics, socialization, utilizing community resources, vocational, social and interpersonal development etc.
