POSITION DESCRIPTION *Oversee primary services lines *Member retention *Program development and operations *Business plan and budget *Managing and developing staff QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor's Level Degree Experience: one years supervisory experience in fitness industry and 3yrs overall experience in fitness industry. Oversees the primary service lines to ensure a positive and safe member experience. Services as an owner of member retention programs and works with staff to ensure programs and services meet the unique demands of our community. Develops, implements, and monitors the annual business plan and budget to meet financial targets. Responsible for recruiting, selecting, managing and developing staff in all areas of oversight.
