Support Carilion`s hallmarks of service excellence and quality for all position assignments. Instruct people on selectorized and cardiovascular equipment. Maintain standards of cleanliness in all fitness areas both in the facility and equipment. Min Experience required Education: High-school graduate or GED equivalent preferred. Background: Personal fitness or work background in a fitness related environment required. Licensure, certification, and/or registration: CPR/AED required. If not certified, must obtain certification within 90 days after hire date. Other Min Requirements: Expertise to effectively communicate with staff and members with a high-level of enthusiasm.
