Residential Manager - (Logansport, IN)

Residential Services-Manager SGL and Residential Waiver Program Mangers provide direct and indirect supervision to Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals supporting consumers with medical and/or physical and developmental disabilities. Mangers work under the direction of a Program Director to ensure that programming needs as directed by various regulatory agencies are carried out by Coordinators, and that services provided enrich the lives of our consumers with an emphasis placed on creating an environment that encourages the consumers to background a full life directly related to our mission of "Creating Opportunities/Supporting Success". Mangers ensure the array of services and supports coordinated with applicable BDDS, Independent Case Managers, ICF/MR, Waiver, families, guardians, persons served and other regulatory agencies. The Manger is responsible for ensuring services and supports are in compliance with prescribed standards.
