Collection Systems Manager Mountaintop Area Joint Sanitary Authority COLLECTION SYSTEMS MANAGER MOUNTAIN TOP, PA The Mountaintop Area Joint Sanitary Authority is seeking a manager for its waste water collection system. The system services Fairview, Rice, and Wright Townships, and Nuangola Borough, South of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The system contains approx 110mis of sewer lines leading to a 4.16 MGD treatment facility and services approx 4,500 domestic customers and industrial facilities at the Crestwood Industrial Park. The Collection Systems Manager will report to the Executive Director and work with him to develop and implement an Asset Management Plan for Collection System. The Collection Systems Manager will also have oversight of a four-person road department, all inspection and construction work in the collection system, and industrial discharges. The job necessitates an Associate Degree in engineering or environmental science with five or more years of background with sanitary sewer systems.
