Teacher Assistant - (Alpharetta, GA)

To assist the teacher in providing a warm and nurturing environment in which the child can grow emotionally, physically, spiritually, intellectually, and socially. We are currently hiring Assistant Teachers in our Twos and Preschool classrooms from 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, 9:30 am - 6:30 pm or 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm. Required responsibilities: To provide the children with a safe, loving and nurturing environment. To meet the children's needs in all areas - spiritual, physical, emotional, social and intellectual. To prepare with the lead teacher the weekly lesson plans and to provide the materials needed for the projects for the day. To carry out appropriate and positive discipline as established by the lead teacher. To attend monthly staff meetings as established by the administration. To keep parent/teacher relationships on a professional level. Qualifications: Stay current in CPR and 1st Aid Training.
