Quality Programs Trainer - (Brookfield, WI)
Job overview: The Quality Programs Trainer, under the direction of the Quality Manager, is responsible for: 1) Training new and existing staff on the organizations quality activities; 2) Creating, monitoring and updating quality training initiatives; and 3) Serving as the technical resource for ensuring related clinical applications are maximized. General Duties/Responsibilities: (May include but are not limited to) Conduct routine training sessions for clinical staff that cover topics of interest, technical needs and areas to improve efficiency for the department, such as updates to policies and procedures, clinical system updates and review of clinical processes. Train new and existing staff on all quality initiatives, metrics, and related policies, procedures and workflows. Develop, present and continuously update training materials. Devise different methods of training, ranging from WebExs, on-line courses, and in-person; individual and group.
