Production Supervisor in Muncy Pennsylvania The Production Supervisor will lead and give direction to employees assigned to a specific area of EFS Production. The objectives for this position are to act as coach and facilitator to the group responsible for continuous and efficient production in desired quantity and quality according to customer requirements. The production Supervisor evaluates, assigns and directs employees in assigned production area with respect to safety, quality, volume, cost and efficiency in order to meet production goals and delivery dates. Requirements: Associates Degree plus 2yrs of related background in a manufacturing environment. Must have good knowledge/experience in manufacturing to include knowledge of production scheduling. Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and shop drawings. Demonstrated expertise to balance and achieve desired results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost and employee relations. Demonstrated expertise to lead people.
