RETAIL SALES OPPORTUNITIES! Do you enjoy working with the latest mobile technology? Do you enjoy providing face-to-face customer service? We are seeking a qualified applicant to join our team at our Sprint store in Chambersburg. Base plus commissions and a solid benefits package! This position is responsible for inside sales to new and existing customers. Guide the customer through the purchasing decision, activation process and educate the customer on their purchase of both device and service offerings. Understand and communicate existing approved offers available to the end user while achieving their assigned company goals. Able to perform basic diagnostics of devices to support service and repair. Candidates who are qualified must have a high-school degree or equivalent and 1 to 2yrs of retail background in customer electronics or wireless. Must be competitive and driven to microsoft excel, while providing great customer service. There are great opportunities for growth within the company!
