Great Clips Hair Salon We are conducting Stylist Interviews to add 1 more great stylist to our team. Interviewing for Bryant, Benton, Cabot, Conway, Maumelle and North Little Rock • High volume salons, no booth rent with guaranteed income and clientele • Great Pay: Guaranteed Base Pay + 25% Commissions + 10%-30% Retail Commissions + Bonuses + TIPS • Stylist Pay is always Base Pay + Commissions. • Average total compensation is around $12 - $18/ hr. Annual compensation average is $27,000 to $32,000 • Paid Holidays (We are closed but you still get paid) • Accrued PAID-TIME-OFF (paid time off) starts with 1st pay period (up to 65 hours of PAID-TIME-OFF annually) • Dental and Vision Insurance available • Full-time (35-40 hrs) and Part-time (15-30 hrs) positions available with advancement opportunities.
