Training Coordinator - HR and Leadership Development - (Noblesville, IN)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Independently assess training qualifications for targeted areas based on performance metrics, quality indicators and other details. Designs and/or prepares training/instructional materials, teaching aids and devices with input from appropriate departments. With little direction edits and revises existing training presentations for deployment online, including adding vocal commentary, video clips, and animated graphics. Independently Delivers/coordinates presentations, stand-up training or instruction to staff, customers or the general public (including online). Coordinates with Human resources to administer online policy and procedure training for clerical, supervisory, technical and middle management. Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of training and develops countermeasures as appropriate. When needed, coordinates outside training resources as required including vendor evaluation, resource procurement, etc.
