Maintenance NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES Senior Code Enforcement Officer The Senior Code Enforcement Officer supervises other Code Enforcement Officers who inspect substandard and dangerous houses and premises to enforce City codes and ordinances and reports the Neighborhood Services Director. Requirements Vocational/ technical school training and/ or background in electrical, plumbing, construction or related position and at least 2 yrs of background. Must possess a valid South Carolina driver's license. Must become certified as a Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector within 12 mons of employment. Salary depends upon background.
