QA-Paint-NDT Inspector - (Norfolk, VA)

Colonna's Shipyard is currently hiring for a QA-Paint-NDT Inspector for immediate work. Travel is required. Various locations in Norfolk, VA, Florida and other CONUS and OCONUS areas where work is required. Knowledge/Skill: 3-five years Paint /Quality Control / Assurance background. Good reading, writing and technical skills. Requires an NBPI or NACE Certification. Any NDT Certifications a plus (VT, MT, PT, UTT). Must be able to get Rapid Gate Credentials and passport. Individual will perform and report findings for Paint inspections. Will be responsible for completing necessary documentation and forms in accordance with work instructions and procedures. Will need to be able to work autonomously, travel and abide by all safety and environmental qualifications. Candidate must have a strong understanding of Government Specifications and NAVSEA Standard Items.
