Project Manager Sales & Marketing • Missoula, Montana Description Position at Missoulian The Missoulian has an immediate opening in our advertising department for a full time Advertising Support team player. This person will assist and support our sales team by monitoring client contracts, analyzing pricing data and trends, assisting with revenue forecasting, along with other related sales duties within the advertising department. The successful applicant will have: 1-2 yrs administrative clerical and/or advertising track record preferred Solid customer service skills Financial experience helpful Excellent telephone etiquette Demonstrated proficiency with Ms office/Ms excel Expertise to multi-task in a high energy environment Excellent management expertise Comfortable learning new skills in highly flexible, fast-paced environment Highly attentive to detail & self-disciplined Writing and editing skills a plus
