BUSINESS MANAGER Established marketing organization Fairfield County Comp Base up to $90,000 + 5% Bonus 15% Travel Seeking a finance/accounting manager to support marketing programs promoting clients in the fashion and jewelry industries sector. The finance manager will combine the routine accounting responsibilities with budget and analytic work with hands-on exposure to client companies. STRONG INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS REQUIRED. This slot could be a pathway for someone with good accounting background to move into a line or general management role over time. The company is looking for a degreed accountant with 3-5yrs of background, at least 2 yrs in public accounting (CPA preferred), but they are willing to consider other backgrounds of individuals who have worked in organizations with strong accounting and finance functions that develops their staff.
