The Technical Writer is responsible for creating internal and customer-facing product documentation. Duties and Responsibilities: The successful applicant will possess demonstrable background in creating product documentation for a technical audience for software and hardware offerings. Expertise to work within software engineering release timelines Expertise to communicate progress, and revise documentation using technical (subject matter expert) feedback and editing feedback Expertise to write using technical styles, while using an internal style guide and the Microsoft Manual of Style (MMS) Expertise to work autonomously, in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Expertise to work well within a team
