(Contract) Production Associate, RNA Operations Job details Moderna is seeking a Contract Production Associate at their Cambridge, MA site. The individual in this role will be responsible for upstream and downstream production of mRNA for all preclinical constructs using custom automation and chromatography solutions. The successful applicant must have training in chromatography (UPLC/HPLC), basic molecular biology techniques, and expertise to work with custom automation. Responsibilities Produce mRNA for preclinical targetsConduct mRNA purification using HPLC-based chromatography solutionsConduct in-process quality control assays to ensure mRNA are within specificationsUtilize automated equipment to enable capacity and short turnaround timePromote inter- and intra-departmental communication in order to facilitate and maximize performance Min Requirements Bachelors in Biology, Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Biomechanical engineering, Bioengineering, Biochemistry or related fieldExperience operating UPLC
