VP of Sales & Marketing - (Memphis, TN)

Summary: The most important responsibility of the Vice President, Sales & Marketing is to lead and execute the regional sales go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve business objectives. Direct and mentor the Regional Sales Leadership to continuously meet or exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives. The VP role will also be tasked with strategic planning, market growth, P&L responsibility, marketing programs, sales strategies and profitability on defined sales targets in a B2B environment. The individual anticipates and reacts quickly to trends and changes in performance and promptly initiates corrective actions. He or she will be responsible for recruiting and developing sales leadership. The role is compensated with a salary plus a variable bonus program tied to the attainment of business goals.
