Engineering Manager - (Canton, OH)

Engineering Manager (Canton, Ohio) Client, a worldwide designer of production machinery for heavy industrial plant floors, is currently Hiring an Engineering Manager that will have responsibility to continuously improve the performance of the engineering department. The position oversees the engineering, design, and quality assurance of mechanical, civil, and process piping (water, hydraulics, and pneumatics) and has the managerial responsibilities including department budgets, capital spending, employee performance and evaluation, process documentation, department directives and policy enforcement, and employee development. The position mandates a strong hands-on experience in machine design focused on industrial duty capital equipment.
