Senior Manufacturing Engineer - (Lebanon, TN)

Job assignments: Becomes the Technical Specialist and Go To Person for all manufacturing processes in area of responsibility. Monitors overall efficiency of manufacturing processes and champions efforts to maintain capacity requirements. Works closely with Quality Engineering to monitor process capabilities and address needs/opportunities in a timely manner. Works cross functionally with Operations, Maintenance and Quality to identify opportunities to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. Works closely with Vendors to remain aware of current Cutting Tool technology. Performs tooling selection, machine upgrades, retrofits, and process adjustments. Use the Manufacturing Engineering Test (MET) process to promote awareness and effectively communicate all Engineering Activity with key stakeholders. Performs process changes and implements improvements systematically to promote teamwork and guarantee sustainability.
