Please find below are the Job summary: Position title: Project Manager/Scrum Master Client: Theme Park & Entertainment Company Duration: 12+ Months Contract to Hire Start Date: ASAP Location: Orlando, FL Pay level: Under $50/hr to $55/hr on W2 Overall Position: responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile and/or waterfall project teams to achieve a high-level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to users. The PM may be responsible for managing several concurrent high visibility projects using agile or waterfall methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business units. Principal Duties / Responsibilities: Lead, coach and motivate Project Team (Manage Resources) o Accomplishes project objectives by assigning and scheduling project teammates o Communicating project expectations; planning, monitoring, and reviewing contributions o Enforcing HR policies and procedures.
