Broadband Technician Citizens has an immediate opening for a Broadband Technician to install and complete service changes on our cable TV, Internet and phone services at customer residences.This position offers: Complete benefits A competitive hourly rate The opportunity to work for a proven technology leader in the region Requirements: Excellent customer service skills Background setting up a wifi net work Proficiency on PC's Any other technical background, i.e.setting up consumer devices such as TV's, DVD players and gaming devices Basic Networking skills and knowedge Installation, testingamd troubleshoot- ing of security systems Expertise to train customers on all app- licable products used in installations Expertise to read schematics Basic understanding/knowledge of internet speeds.Background working with hand tools, tools, power tools, drills, etc.Availability to work on a rotating on-call schedule that includes weekends, holidays
