SPORTSBIKESHOP LTD is the UK's largest on-line retailer of motorcycle helmets, clothing and accessories. We are a young, dynamic company and due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit a talented customer service advisor to join our team. Background and skills required A pleasant & polite phone mannerExcellent communication expertise, both verbal and writtenA willingness to learn and develop knowledge about both market and productThe expertise to remain calm under pressureGood I.T skills - in particular, background of Ms office (Microsoft word & Outlook)Previous background of dealing directly with customers would be beneficial, but not necessaryKnowledge of both motorcycles and motorcycle products, whilst not necessary, would be highly beneficial. The perfect candidate will have good ITC skills and ideally will have background in a similar position, although full training will be given. You must be able to work accurately and consistently to maintain the high standard of our company.
