JOB DETAILS: The Intake Coordinator will provide and coordinate services related to administering the Recovery Supports Program and is responsible for the intake of all Recovery Supports Program applications. Initiate contact to gather required clinical and demographic data from patient and sources to review referrals and verify all details. This position will represent ABH? and its services in a positive and professional manner and adhere to ABH??s best practices, guidelines, policies and procedures as established, promoting ABH? as a leader in behavioral healthcare in all interactions and work.
