Commercial Banking Officer - (Charlotte, NC)

POSITION OVERVIEW: Responsible for developing new commercial business relationships within the community as well as managing an existing portfolio of business JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE (but are not limited to): Responsible for adhering to and complying with all Bank policies and procedures, all applicable federal and state laws and regulatory guidance governing financial institutions, including, but not limited to, Federal Deposit Insurance Improvement Act (FDICIA), FACT Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), USA Patriot Act, Fair Lending, Unfair Deceptive and Abusive Acts and Practices (UDAAP), and SAFE Act/NMLS Licensing Achieves stated business plan goals to include new business production, profitability goals and objectives, and appropriate portfolio management Solicits new commercial business to include deposits, cash management, investments, commercial real estate and commercial and industrial lending activities
