Need Event Photographer - Little Rock - (Little Rock, AR)

We need an event/wedding photographer for the Little Rock area. Primary and second shooter with professional gear. 2.8 lenses (24-70 & 70-200 required) and full frame body with back up and flash(rentals don't count). Either Canon or Nikon is fine. Must be creative and have a great interactive personality. Pay will vary on the event but primaries usually start at 800 for a shoot and edit. second shooters usually start at 400 for a shoot and edit. We'd like the second shooter to be able to develop into a primary position. Please send link to portfolio and email introductory letter and resume. Looking for regular team, not just 1 shoot.
