Customer Service Representative A family owned and operated distributor is looking to add to their customer service team. The Customer Service Representative position necessitates extensive customer contact, data entry, assistance to sales team, counter sales and switchboard coverage. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year background servicing customers in a corporate environment as well as great phone etiquette. Must be quick paced, well organized and great follow-up skills. Must be detail oriented and able to work autonomously. Excellent technical skills including Microsoft excel, Microsoft word & Outlook.
