Payment Processor/Customer Service Representative - (Phoenix, AZ)

Job description: Answers inbound telephone calls to support customer accounts. Call types include payment services, scheduling or re-scheduling appointments, and solicitation for additional services. Uses computerized system for tracking, info gathering, and/or troubleshooting. Cultivates and maintains on-going customer relationships and ensures that customers receive a superior customer background. Working hours: 40 hrs Skills: Position requirements --High-school certificate or general education degree (GED). --6 Mons to 1 year of related customer service background and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and background. --Basic knowledge of Ms word and Windows. --Verbal and written correspondence skills. -.-Problem-solving skills. 6. Expertise to type 25 wpm. --Expertise to utilize a personal computer or CRT. --Expertise to work in a stressful, face-paced environment.
