Program Director, Clinical Call Center Job overview As Program Director, Clinical Call Center you will plan, develop, implement and evaluate the Health System's nursing Clinical Call Center operations and Critical Care Medical Transportation programs. You will carry out the Health System mission, vision, values and overall strategic plan for growth and business development, clinical management, patient care, budgeting, financial management, and quality management. You will also communicate regularly with administration, medical directors, departmental staff, and all entities of the health system to develop and maintain a patient focused environment. Assignments include: Plans implementation and evaluation of operations and outcomes to drive successful delivery of nursing programs at CEMS. Directs daily clinical nursing operations. Develops and maintains objectives, policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of nursing programs at CEMS.
