Position duties Include, but are not limited to: * Establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs. * Working with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job responsibilities and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. * Building candidate sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization info, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport. * Attracting candidates by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
