Virtual Teller - ITM Department - (Durand, MI)

Sagelink Credit Union is seeking a Virtual Teller for our ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) Department: This individual is responsible for electronic member service systems including video, phone and live chat via an Interactive Teller Machine. Applicant will perform a multitude of member service requests including processing financial transactions such as cash and check inquiries, account maintenance, and resolving member concerns. Will remain informative and responsive to members’ requests while educating members about products and services that enhance their financial relationship to the Credit Union. To be successful in this position, the applicant must demonstrate the following skills: • Tech-Savvy • Quick Learner • Independent, Self-Starter • Must be comfortable in front of a camera and talking on a headset • Service Oriented • Sales Focused This is a full-time position and offers increased job flexibility with hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm Monday-Friday and 9:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday.
